Bill Kuziara

Bill Kuziara

Attorney at Law

Bill Kuziara grew up in the Sebastopol area. He graduated from Analy High School in 1965 and attended the S.R.J.C. before and after service in the US Army. Bill then went to California State University Northridge where he received his B.A. degree in political science in 1972. He attended law school at the University of San Fernando Valley and received his J.D. degree in 1975.

Bill spent the first several years of his legal career working on the startup of the wastewater irrigation system for the City of Rohnert Park. In 1978 he went to work for an insurance company as claims adjuster for Sonoma County. In this capacity Bill was able to handle over 500 personal injury cases in three years, giving him a unique perspective on these types of cases. Since 1981 the focus of the Kuziara Law Office practice has been on personal injury cases, with an emphasis on concussive injuries and other types of brain injury cases. In fact, Bill has taken more traumatic brain injury cases to trial than any other attorney in Sonoma County. He has a unique focus on brain injury cases involving concussions and mild traumatic brain injuries, a diagnosis that is consistently undervalued by insurance companies, other lawyers and even some doctors.

In 1988 Bill married Debra Parsons and together they have four children. “We spend most of our free time with our children, Dell, Jackie, John and Camille. We like to entertain in our home. We also enjoy volleyball, golf and travel.”
